Good day, Soulworker Team.


I would like to report the inconvenience I am experiencing right after this week's maintenance. I have been experiencing heavy lags and delays and couldn't play properly and smoothly. Then, after a few seconds to a few minutes, I will then be disconnected to the game.


Please help dear Soulworker Team to shed light on my technical problem. I have tried ruling out possible causes as to what causes these lags/delays/server disconnections but I am still in the dark.
